Hosted by <strong>Bruno Zagor\u0161\u010dak<\/strong>, Co-founder and Chief Content Officer at Neuralab, the event took place at <a href=\"https:\/\/holographik.space\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Holographik.Space<\/a> and brought together developers, merchants, and WooCommerce enthusiasts from across the region.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13241 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/wpm.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Woocommerce.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wpm.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Woocommerce.webp 1200w, https:\/\/wpm.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Woocommerce-711x400.webp 711w, https:\/\/wpm.si\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Woocommerce-768x432.webp 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The meetup featured two engaging presentations followed by a lively Q&amp;A session. <strong>Brian Coords<\/strong> and <strong>Shani Banerjee<\/strong> walked attendees through the latest WooCommerce updates, including checkout extensibility, block-first experiences, the Interactivity API, and emerging AI features, with a strong focus on how these changes impact real-world builds. <strong>Brent Mackinnon<\/strong> then zoomed out to share the broader picture of how WooCommerce is positioning itself in today\u2019s eCommerce landscape, shedding light on the product roadmap and the ecosystem context that often stays behind the scenes.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the talks, we truly enjoyed connecting with the local WooCommerce community, exchanging experiences, and continuing conversations during the informal networking that followed. WordCamp Slovenia will the first official WordPress event in the country, bringing together developers, designers, content creators, and business owners from across the region.
