After several quieter years, the Serbian WordPress community is gathering again on 18 and 19 September 2026 at Dom Omladine in the centre of Belgrade, and our CEO Jurij Oblak will be there.

We’ve always believed that the WordPress community is the platform’s biggest strength. Belgrade is one of the events where that shows most clearly: locally organised, volunteer-run, bilingual by design, and built around the people who actually build the open web.

18 and 19 September 2026, Friday and Saturday

Dom Omladine Beograda, Makedonska 22, Belgrade

Over 300 attendees expected across both days

Two tracks: talks in the main hall, hands-on workshops in the smaller Klub space

10+ talks, 4+ workshops and 2 panels, in Serbian and English

What to Expect

The programme brings together speakers from across the region and beyond, including familiar names from the international WordPress community. Topics range from development and design to running an agency and contributing to the project itself.

As always at a WordCamp, a good part of the value happens between the sessions. The hallway conversations, the coffee breaks, and the people you meet who are solving the same problems you are.

Why This One Matters to Us

This is not our first time in Serbia. In 2025 we were at the first ever WordCamp Vršac, which turned out to be one of the warmest community events we’d been to. Belgrade is a natural continuation of that.

It also comes after a busy year for us in the community. We helped bring the first WordCamp Slovenia to Ljubljana, and Jurij was part of the official Website Team at WordCamp Europe 2026 in Krakow.

Staying close to the regional WordPress community is not a side activity for us. It’s where a lot of our best partnerships and ideas have come from.

See You in Belgrade

If you’re going to WordCamp Belgrade 2026, come say hello to Jurij. He’s always happy to talk WordPress, maintenance at scale, WooCommerce, community building, or anything else happening in the ecosystem.

Tickets start at 40 EUR and are available on the official event website.

See you in Belgrade!

WordCamp Belgrade returns on 18 and 19 September 2026 at Dom Omladine, with over 300 attendees expected.
