WPM is now the official technical partner of HK Olimpija Ljubljana<\/a>.<\/strong> The partnership grew out of a project we’re especially proud of: a complete communication platform we developed for the club’s Business Club. It lets HK Olimpija design, send and track invitations for its business guests and partners, and see exactly who is coming to each home match at Tivoli Hall<\/a>.<\/p>\n

HK Olimpija is the reigning Slovenian champion<\/a>, competes in the ICE Hockey League<\/a> and plays in front of a loyal home crowd. Being part of the team behind the team, even on the digital side, means a lot to us.<\/p>\n

The Challenge: A Business Club With a Lot of Moving Parts<\/h1>\n

The HK Olimpija Business Club is an exclusive space at Tivoli Hall that brings together top-level hockey, fine dining and networking with the business community. It’s where entrepreneurs, sponsors and club partners meet, and where some of the club’s most important relationships are built.<\/p>\n

Every home match brings business partners and invited guests into the club, and each of them expects a personal, well organised experience. Until now, much of that communication ran through regular emails, phone calls and spreadsheets.<\/p>\n

That works, until it doesn’t. When you don’t know exactly who is coming, planning catering, seating and entry becomes guesswork. The people handling it end up chasing confirmations instead of looking after guests.<\/p>\n

What We Built<\/h1>\n

Instead of connecting the club to a generic newsletter tool, we built a full email platform<\/a> designed around how the Business Club communicates with its guests. Every campaign is tied to a specific match, so the invitation, the replies and the final report all live in one place.<\/p>\n

Creating a campaign follows six clear steps: choose the match and channel, pick the audience, write the content, design the pages behind the buttons, schedule the send and run the final checks.<\/p>\n

Design Everything, Not Just the Email<\/h1>\n

The heart of the platform is a drag and drop builder, developed in-house by our development team<\/a>. The club’s team can put together a branded invitation from ready-made blocks, including dedicated blocks for RSVP buttons, match cards and tickets, and preview it on desktop and mobile before anything goes out.<\/p>\n

What makes it different is that the builder doesn’t stop at the inbox.<\/strong> Every button in the email leads to its own page, and each of those pages is designed with the same builder and the same look:<\/p>\n
