2025 was a year of steady growth, major operational responsibility, and an even greater diversity of projects for our team. We were active on all fronts – from client support and web development to content production, events, and digital marketing. In this overview, we aim to present the numbers, projects, and experiences that defined the year in a clear yet human way. This recap is not just a list of achievements, but an insight into our way of working, the reliability of our systems, and the long-term partnerships we build with our clients.

New websites: 28 completed projects

In 2025, we developed 28 new websites for clients from a wide range of industries. Projects ranged from classic presentation websites to more demanding multilingual, content-rich, and technically complex solutions, as well as online stores. Among the key (and larger) projects in 2025 were Kamp Triglav, Slovenska hiša (including a multisite setup and units Ljubljančanka and Slovenska hiša Figovec), Grlica, Istra Shop, Avtodomar, Gecko Motion, RK Lokomotiva Zagreb, and Siliko Futsal – UEFA Futsal Champions League.

A large portion of these projects went beyond building a website alone, involving the creation of a complete digital environment tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Backend systems and applications

In addition to public-facing web solutions, we also developed backend systems and applications in 2025 that support clients’ business processes and enable more efficient day-to-day operations. We built three new backend systems for The Sail Master, Kamp Triglav, and Avtodomar, and carried out an upgrade of an existing system for Kamp Soča. These projects required a deep understanding of business logic, a stable architecture, and close collaboration with clients.

Maintenance and support: a daily responsibility

Maintenance and support represent a significant part of our work. In 2025, 25 new active clients joined our maintenance system, for whom we ensured stability, security, and uninterrupted operation of digital solutions. Altogether, our support system now includes more than 150 clients. Within our support operations, we handled 7,653 support tickets and achieved a 100% completion rate. Based on cleaned averages (Gaussian method), the average response time was 4 h 03 min, and the average case duration was 9 h 55 min, reflecting stable and predictable processes.

Growth and new partnerships

In 2025, we began working with 17 new clients who opted for web projects and long-term maintenance. We closed the year with 25% revenue growth, which we see as confirmation that our work, effort, and collaborative approach are increasingly recognized by the wider public.

Content production and podcasts

An important part of the year was also content production, particularly within the podcast project Iz Tihe Resnice. We took over the technical setup, production, and distribution, ensuring a stable and repeatable production process. Such projects require reliable systems, precision, and a sense of rhythm—qualities we carry over into other areas of our work.

Digital marketing, events, and design

In digital marketing, we ran Facebook advertising, Google Ads, and email marketing using tools such as Klaviyo and Omnisend. Our work focused on supporting existing projects and clients’ marketing goals. We also participated in the organization of events and marketing activations, providing technical and content support—from landing pages and systems to communication and on-site assistance. In addition, we designed print materials, digital assets, and visual identities for websites, campaigns, events, and products.

The results of 2025 confirm that stable processes, clear communication, and long-term partnerships are the right path forward. Moving ahead, we remain focused on reliable systems, well-thought-out solutions, and collaborations built on trust.
