Maintenance packages
We offer you three maintenance packages that are adapted to your needs. By concluding a chosen package you secure: regular support, check-ups, updates, and long-term success.
If you choose our maintenance package the payment for the whole year must be made before the onboarding of your website. If you decide you wish to pay monthly, the total is divided by 12 months, but your payment fee increases by 10 EUR/month.
If you don’t use all the bought hours, you can use them in the future. If you do however use them, and need more, we charge each additional hour per 50 EUR + DDV.

We need full access to WordPress hosting (Admin access) to get started successfully – this is usually the access you received from your hosting provider. As a rule, when establishing cooperation, we also make a short call to discuss your wishes and needs.
It is possible that you do not have this information or you’ve lost it.
In this case, we may contact your hosting provider and try to obtain this information. Due to many years of cooperation with the largest roaming providers, this is usually not a problem.
All the services we offer are available online. If you have special requirements or wishes, we will discuss them before establishing cooperation.
As a rule, clients are supposed to pay the amount at the beginning of our cooperation, but we are flexible and we also offer you installment payment in two installments.
If you want a monthly payment method, your monthly installment will be increased by 10 EUR. Binding is not required in this case.

In the next stages of cooperation, our customers get acquainted with a special support system, which they can access via E-mail or browser.
The system allows us to solve your problems and answer questions as quickly as possible. However, if a problem arises that requires immediate action; we can be reached by phone, 24/7/365.
In the first month, your website needs to be reviewed, analyzed, and a maintenance system set up. If your website is out of date, you will spend more hours in the first month, but you will be informed about this more specifically via phone call or remote access.
In the first month, the consumption of hours is usually higher (approx. 5-10 hours).
We also allow customers to transfer hours to the future (if desired), but only up to the annual limit. Hours that exceed your package are charged monthly at a price of 50 € / h. At the customer’s account, they get an insight into the use of hours through items that we prepare monthly.
Simple, we allow you to transfer them over to the next few months.
It is important that your website is up to date and working properly.
In most cases, updates can be made. If not, we advise you on how to edit the website to make it work.
No, we specialize in the WordPress environment. If you have a website in another CMS, we will take care of your successful transition to the WordPress environment.
No, our smart algorithm updates the systems at least once a week, and at the same time we are informed about the last holes that are in the plugins and themes so we monitor them in more detail. Sometimes, when upgrading, unwanted changes occur on the website as a result of a poorly placed website, but as part of our cooperation, we guarantee that these errors will be removed. With this type of work process, we give you peace of mind with the next updates of themes and plug-ins.
Yes. In this case, we prepare a personalized offer for you. Multisite installation needs a little more maintenance, more knowledge and so it is best to have a more detailed conversation about your wishes.
We respond to all your emergency requests according to urgency. If you have an online store and it does not accept orders, this is a top priority. We also try to find out within your requests what is necessary and what your wish is. Claims are usually resolved “just in time”. Some applications require more time, so we inform you about this, set realistic deadlines, and realistic use of time.
We are available every working day between 6 am and 3 pm. Matters that can’t wait until the next day are fixed promptly.
