As the mobile holiday market is growing, the company needed a solution capable of handling increased demand while providing a top-quality digital experience for both customers and internal business management.

The client initially contacted us with the goal of digitizing their existing service. Operations were managed using scattered tools (webmail, forms, spreadsheets), which made tracking bookings, issuing invoices, and maintaining overall control of the vehicle fleet difficult. The challenge was to create a unified digital ecosystem that would:

  • Simplify and modernize the user journey (rental/purchase).
  • Automate administrative processes and centralize business management.

For Avtodomar.si, we designed and implemented a complete digital transformation encompassing both the public website and a powerful internal management system.

We carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the avtodomar.si website to create a mobile-optimized and visually appealing platform.

Key improvements include:

  • Intuitive Navigation: Enhanced search, rental, and purchase flows for motorhomes.
  • Clear Information: Transparent vehicle specifications, rich photo galleries, and an easy-to-understand availability overview.
We developed a customized and powerful back-end system for fleet management and administration. This key project component fulfills the promise of digitalized processes and full integration, eliminating the need for external tools and manual data entry.

Main back-end system improvements:

  • Centralized Control: All data on vehicles, customers, and finances is consolidated in a single central dashboard.
  • Comprehensive Booking Management: The system automatically tracks the status of each reservation, from initial inquiry to rental completion, including full fleet availability oversight.
  • Finance Automation: Direct management of bookings and full automation of all types of invoices (preliminary, pro forma, final) is handled directly in the system, without the need for external accounting software.
  • Faster Workflow: The owner gains a clear view of financial analysis and outstanding obligations, accelerating decision-making and improving liquidity.
