The client initially contacted us with the goal of digitizing their existing service. Operations were managed using scattered tools (webmail, forms, spreadsheets), which made tracking bookings, issuing invoices, and maintaining overall control of the vehicle fleet difficult. The challenge was to create a unified digital ecosystem that would:

  • Simplify and modernize the user journey (rental/purchase).
  • Automate administrative processes and centralize business management.

For Avtodomar.si, we designed and implemented a complete digital transformation encompassing both the public website and a powerful internal management system.

We carried out a comprehensive overhaul of the avtodomar.si website to create a mobile-optimized and visually appealing platform.
