The user experience was in need of improvement. This was achieved by taking into consideration mobile device users as well as personal computer users. Another important thing to consider when working on websites with such a wide variety of products is the search function.

We rebuilt category search, enabling the user to find the products they are searching for in the shortest time possible.

After successfully renewing the web store, we came to a joint conclusion to implement improvements in regards to digital marketing . The latter is now being handled by us at the WPM company.

This segment consists of OrCa's biggest promotions, regular and optimized e-mail marketing, and we even implemented Google Ads, which we update and optimize frequently.

Produktno stran, ki ponuja več različnih izdelkov (blazina, obroč in ostali pripomočki), smo oblikovno poenotili. Ker se spletne strani uporabljajo kot pristajalne strani za oglaševalske akcije moramo na njih predstaviti vsebino o tehnologiji, ki na trgu še ni znana.

Na vsaki produktni strani predstavimo izdelek, kjer izpostavljamo vsebino embalaže, opravljene raziskave, podana mnenja uporabnikov in navodila o uporabi izdelka.

Nakupni proces

Z izdelavo spletne trgovine smo uporabniku omogočili hiter in preprost nakupni proces. Spletna trgovina podpira načine plačila, ki se uporabljajo in so razvite na ciljnem trgu (USA), vključno z Google in Apple Pay. Ponujamo tudi možnost obročnega plačila preko Split-itta.

Nakupni proces je v obliki fokusiranega nakupnega procesa, ki povečuje konverzijo spletnih naročil.
