Between May 5 and 7, we were once again part of Vitafoods Europe in Barcelona, where we supported our long-term partner, Global Pharmacia Group, with media coverage and digital presence directly from the event floor.

On-site, we handled filming, photography, and real-time video editing, allowing content to be published across digital channels while the event was still happening. Today, this kind of workflow is no longer just an additional part of trade shows — it has become an important element of modern B2B communication, helping companies stay visible, relevant, and active during the busiest moments of an event.

Networking, Meetings, and New Connections

A large part of the exhibition was dedicated to meetings, networking, and building new relationships. Over the course of the three-day event, the #4G5 booth in Hall 4 welcomed numerous partners, presentations, and conversations, once again confirming how important in-person meetings remain in industries where relationships play a key role in long-term collaboration.

Communication Beyond the Event

After the event, we also continued supporting the communication process. Before the exhibition, we created custom e-mail signatures with invitations to the trade show, while after Vitafoods Europe we upgraded the communication with new signatures focused on thank-you messaging, continued networking, and follow-up communication. Even smaller details like these help create a more consistent and professional digital presence throughout the entire event journey.

For us, Barcelona was another great combination of digital production, fast on-site execution, and valuable in-person connections. We’re happy to have been part of the story once again and to support the Global Pharmacia Group team with content creation and communication directly from the exhibition floor.
