On our blog, we share practical tips, inspiration, and insights from the world of WordPress, web design, development, and digital marketing. Whether you are a business owner, developer, or curious individual – you will find valuable content to help you improve your online presence and grow your brand

Artificial intelligence is no longer just a trend for technology teams. It is becoming a practical business tool for companies that want to save time, improve internal processes, and make better decisions. But for many organizations, the real challenge is not access to AI tools. It is knowing where to start, which pain points are worth solving first, and how to turn scattered ideas into measaurable progress.

At WPM, we believe AI should begin with your actual business needs, not with a tool, platform, or buzzword. Every company has repetitive tasks, slow workflows, manual reporting, content bottlenecks, customer support challenges, or internal knowledge gaps that quietly drain time and focus. That is why our AI consulting approach starts with analysis before execution.

To make this process even more practical and secure, Damjan Praznik will also collaborate in the program. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, from sysops roles to IT management and COO-level responsibility, Damjan adds an important layer of cybersecurity, technical oversight, and independent advisory support. This means our AI consulting does not only look at what AI can automate, but also at how solutions fit into your existing systems, providers, risks, and long-term digital strategy.

Why AI Projects Should Start With Pain Points

Many companies begin their AI journey by asking, “Which AI tool should we use?” A better question is, “Where are we losing time, clarity, money, or momentum?” AI is most valuable when it solves a specific business friction, whether that means a chatbot, automation workflow, internal assistant, content system, or reporting tool. Your sales team may spend too much time preparing repetitive proposals. Your marketing team may struggle to turn expertise into consistent content. Your customer support team may answer the same questions every week. These are not “AI problems.” They are business problems where AI may become part of the solution.

AI Consulting With Security and Independent Oversight

AI projects often touch sensitive areas of a company: internal data, access rights, customer communication, workflows, integrations, and third-party tools. That is why technical trust matters. Many businesses already work with IT service providers, but still wonder whether the work is high-quality, cost-effective, secure, and aligned with the agreed scope. This is where Damjan’s role strengthens the program.

As an independent consultant, Damjan helps organizations navigate the complex world of digital security. His experience includes administration and cybersecurity for regional clients, provider audits, best-practice recommendations, and connecting companies with proven specialists when needed. His expertise spans penetration testing, network audits, social engineering defenses, physical intrusion simulations, SUVI implementations, and cybersecurity governance.

With certifications including CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CompTIA Project+, and Sophos UTM, Damjan brings battle-tested knowledge into the AI consulting process. For clients, this means AI opportunities can be reviewed not only from a productivity and automation perspective, but also through the lens of security, compliance, provider accountability, and long-term resilience. The result is a more complete advisory model: practical AI direction supported by serious technical and cybersecurity expertise.

Monthly AI Consulting: 320 EUR per Month

For companies that want ongoing guidance, WPM offers a monthly AI consulting package for 320 EUR per month. It is designed for businesses that want to explore AI seriously, without rushing into expensive implementation before understanding the real opportunities. The package gives your team a practical framework for identifying use cases, prioritizing actions, reviewing progress, and checking whether proposed solutions make sense from both a business and technical perspective.

The package includes an introductory meeting, a structured analysis of your current challenges, one monthly consulting meeting, and monthly recommendations for direction and progress. We focus on your business, processes, team structure, existing tools, providers, and the areas where AI could create the most useful impact. The goal is not to replace your team with AI, but to help your team work better, faster, more securely, and with more clarity.

AI consulting and AI workshop pricing packages for businesses

AI Workshop: A Focused 2-Hour Starting Point

For companies that want a faster and more concentrated introduction, WPM also offers a one-time AI workshop for 700 EUR. This option is ideal for teams that want to understand what AI can realistically do for their business, align internal expectations, and generate practical next steps in a focused session. The workshop includes an introductory conversation with the client, preparation of the workshop plan, a 2-hour live workshop, and post-workshop consulting. Before the session, we define your main goals and challenges, so the workshop is not generic. The workshop is designed to create clarity, not confusion.

Implementation: We Can Build It or Supervise It

After the analysis phase, some companies want WPM to handle the implementation of selected AI projects. Others already have internal teams, IT service providers, or external partners and prefer us to supervise the process, review the direction, and help ensure the solution remains aligned with business goals. AI consulting should adapt to your organization, not force you into a fixed model.

When we implement projects ourselves, we can help with practical AI workflows, automation concepts, AI-assisted content systems, internal documentation processes, customer support improvements, and integrations. When we supervise implementation, we act as a strategic and technical partner who helps define the scope, review assumptions, keep budgets under control, and protect the quality of the final solution. With Damjan Praznik involved, this supervision can also include an independent cybersecurity and provider-quality perspective.

What is included in the monthly AI consulting package? The monthly package includes an introductory meeting, business pain point analysis, one monthly consulting meeting, and monthly recommendations for AI direction and progress. It is priced at 320 EUR per month.

What is included in the AI workshop? The AI workshop includes an introductory conversation, workshop planning, a 2-hour workshop, and post-workshop consulting. It is priced at 700 EUR.

Can WPM also implement AI projects? Yes. WPM can either implement selected AI projects directly or supervise implementation carried out by your internal team or another provider, with added support for technical oversight and cybersecurity where needed.
