TopEvent is not just a ticketing platform, but one of the most complex engineering solutions we have ever designed at WPM. The project represents the pinnacle of our expertise in in-house development, where we built upon the experience gained from the Ticklio system to create a multi-layered platform capable of competing with long-established players in the market. Despite its exceptional complexity, we completed the development of the front-end, which delivers a seamless experience across both mobile and desktop devices, in a record-breaking two months.

We focused on intuitiveness, speed, and the evolving needs of modern customers. The platform goes beyond ticket purchasing, offering a complete ticket management experience:

Digital Wallets: full support for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
Advanced Purchase Features: the ability to instantly send a ticket to a friend directly from the "Thank You" page.
User Accounts: a clear order history, company purchasing options, and fast email-based login.
Interactive Seating Map: a visually advanced and high-performance interface for selecting seats at venues.
Omnisend Integration: automatic customer segmentation for advanced marketing campaigns.

The heart of the system is a powerful back-end that operates as a comprehensive SaaS platform for multiple event organizers simultaneously:

Multi-Level Administration: each organizer has access to their own events, performers, venues, and reports.
Automated Settlements and Reporting: the system generates separate reports and financial settlements for each organizer in real time.
More Than 200 Security Permissions: the platform includes over 200 permissions, enabling precise control over who can manage specific areas of the system.
Communication Center: an integrated email system for direct communication with clients, complete with analytics (received, opened, and read emails).

To position the platform as a market leader, we implemented key integrations with external systems:

Petrol Platform: full integration with the Petrol system, enabling ticket sales at petrol stations across Slovenia, including detailed reporting for individual sales locations.
Fiscal Cash Registers: the system automatically detects, validates, and fiscalizes invoices in compliance with local legislation.
Mollie Integration: a direct connection to the payment platform, ensuring secure and seamless transaction processing throughout the system.

TopEvent covers the entire ticket lifecycle, including operations at the event venue itself:

Advanced Access Control: ticket scanning, support for multiple entries and exits (multi-step checking), and quick ticket cancellations.
On-Site Sales: the system enables ticket sales directly at the event box office.
Season Tickets: support for complex ticket types, including annual and season passes.
